Refund policy

Returns Are Only Applicable for Milton CAT Public Ecomm Site Purchases

Exchanges are not permitted. The customer will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Please contact cs@chillybears.com for a return authorization. 

  1. Ensure the return is in its original condition, with no damage, and has not been worn or washed.

  2. Gather the following information on a piece of paper to send with the return package

    1. Order number

    2. Customer’s name

    3. The customer’s email address that was used to place the order

    4. Customer’s phone number

    5. Description of the item that is being returned

    6. Reason for return

  3. Ship the returned item(s) to:
